I offer in-person, online  at home therapy and companionship  in English and Spanish.

I hold a BSc. degree in Psychology from the UNAM and my aim is to focus on you as a person and contribute to your emotional and mental well-being, whether is at your family, relationship, personal or professional context.

My main approach is based on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

BSc in Psychology

I am a bilingual Psychologist (Spanish-English), graduated from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), with a diploma in Legal and Forensic Psychology and currently a master’s degree student in Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy at UPAEP. I have also studied Human Resources and Hotel Management in Canada, providing me with a diverse professional and personal experience.
