1. Acceptance of Service

The provision of psychological and support services is subject to an initial consultation or evaluation. Based on the ethical principles of the profession, the therapist reserves the right to accept or decline the service.

2. Discounts

A 10% discount is offered to seniors. To qualify for this benefit, the client must provide proof of this when contracting the service.

3. Support Services

In the case of support services, the cost will be determined according to:

The type of service requested.

The duration and frequency.

Expenses incurred during the service (transportation, food, event tickets, among others) must be fully covered by the client/patient. This service is offered solely at the therapist’s discretion.

4. Home-Based Sessions

The home-based session option is only available within the city of Puebla and is subject to the therapist’s assessment and discretion.

5. Modifications

The therapist reserves the right to make modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance to active clients/patients.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is strictly confidential and it will be treated in accordance with ethical and professional guidelines. Confidentiality will only be breached or shared with third parties with your written consent, except in cases where intervention is required by law (risk of harm to you or others, child abuse, or court order).

Payment and Cancellation Policies

7. Payments must be made before or at the time of the service, depending on the agreed-upon terms. (Cash , bank payment, electronic transfer)

• Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance without penalty or for a full refund.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice a 50% of the session fee will be charged.

• For recurring and periodic cancellations or no-shows, the session will be charged in advance and there will be no refund or only a partial refund if the condition stipulated above is not met.

• No-shows will be considered a completed session, with no right to a refund.

• In the event of late arrivals, the time will not be replaced and it will be adjusted to the remaining time of the session.

• If the professional cancels the session, the appointment will be rescheduled or a full refund will be issued. Or if late the time will be replaced or reschedule.

• If an invoice is required, it must be requested at the time of payment and the corresponding information must be provided.
